Exchange Eligibility

• Products can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase.

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• Exchange is allowed only with the original bill/receipt.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Baby milk formula

• Diapers and wipes

• Baby food items

• Undergarments and hygiene products

(For health and safety reasons)

Exchange Process

• Exchange is available for size or product change only.

• No cash refund will be provided.

• If the exchanged item costs more, the price difference must be paid.

Delivery Orders

• For delivery orders, customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Important Note

• Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling will not be accepted for exchange.

• Baby Pasal reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange request.
