2.Baby Product Stock & Availability

We offer a wide range of baby products, including strollers, feeding chairs, toys, and baby care items. We try to keep all information accurate. However, some products may go out of stock at times. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3.Payment Methods for Baby Products

All prices are listed in Nepali Rupees (NPR), and we may update them without prior notice. Baby Pasal provides multiple secure payment options, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment gateways. In addition, we confirm orders only after receiving payment for online transactions.

4. Delivery Policy

We deliver all over Nepal, and delivery time depends on your location. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, or courier issues. Therefore, we do not guarantee exact delivery time in all situations.

5. Exchange and Return

We allow exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that you keep the product unused and in its original condition. In addition, we accept exchanges for size issues or product defects. However, we do not accept used or damaged items.

6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before dispatch, but you may not cancel it after we ship it. Therefore, please confirm your order carefully.
